BECOMING A MEMBER

The Kansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (KAREI) is a statewide, professional organization dedicated to improving the competency and reliability of the home inspection industry through the establishment of a code of ethics and high standards of practice; thereby, advancing and improving the industry’s reputation. Home buyers and sellers, Realtors, and homebuilders all benefit from our high standards, written reporting procedures, and commitment of our members to continuing education.

Education is the cornerstone of KAREI and we strongly encourage and support the continuing education of our members, as it improves their inspection skills and knowledge, and thereby their reputation.

Membership Requirements

• Engaged (full or part time) in the home inspection industry
• Agree to adhere to the Association Code of Ethics and Bylaws
• Payment of annual dues
